Are you going to do any more solo albums?

En Esch: "Yeah, I would like to do another one, I have enough material. I work by myself at home, but I don't know when to put it out because I don't have time to record it. But I'm working on it, and there will be another solo release."

Does your solo material tend to be things you wrote for KMFDM that didn't fit the band, or do you keep it totally separate?

En Esch: "Most of the stuff on 'Cheesy' was just made by myself, for myself, with the freedom of doing whatever I like. Even if there's a little help from the KMFDM guitar players. Working with different people, in different cities, different studios, different continents. The next solo album will probably be different because I don't have the time anymore. The material for 'Cheesy' was collected within like 2 years, this new album will probably be recorded everything at once when I have time."

Are you ever going to work with Pigface again?

En Esch: "Pigface was a good experience for me that brought me together with a bunch of really nice people I like to work with. I got a little disappointed about the politics of the label, and that's why I've decided to split. As a musical project, it's really interesting, but the politics of the label, they don't satisfy me and I felt mistreated."
